Level Up Rentals is a small vehicle rental operation based in Frankfort, Kentucky. It runs on Turo, where I'm an All-Star Host — Turo's rating for hosts who maintain a high standard of responsiveness, cleanliness and reliability across a sustained number of trips.
It's deliberately small. I'd rather run a handful of vehicles properly than a fleet badly.
Most renters don't want to detour to collect a car. I deliver.
If you're flying into one of the three airports and heading for Frankfort or anywhere in Central Kentucky, having the vehicle waiting is usually simpler and often cheaper than the counter at the terminal.
Booking runs through Turo, which handles the reservation, the insurance and the payment. That's better for renters than a handshake arrangement — there's a platform standing behind it, and a review history you can read before you commit.
